Vladimir Zbynovsky

Seuils

2 March 2013 to 2 June 2013

Vladimir Zbynovsky creates works associating glass with stone. When he sculps this material, he explores the thresholds that light up and make us question the notions of time, memory, what is sacred, and perception. Progressively, this sculptural approach has led him to think of glass in a more conceptual way, something that is like a screen and a place of transmission that can change our environment.

Through a selection of his iconic works of art, from the artist’s studio and public and private collections, our Conches Glass Museum give you an overview of the various stages this artist known throughout the world in glass sculpture, has traversed in his artistic path.
