The Riches of Time. Slow Made and the Mobilier National

As part of the Thursday lectures, art historian and essayist Marc Bayard will present a lecture at the museum on his concept of Slow Made.

Slow Made

"Slow Made" means making do with the time necessary. The author, Marc Bayard, art historian, essayist, and head of the scientific and cultural development mission at the Mobilier National, is the originator of this concept. Applied to the arts and design professions, it invites us to combine the resources of time and nature, gestures and reflection, tradition and innovation. To put an end to the consumerist society and reductive identities.
